1. Warranty regulations

1. Warranty scope: The entire line of monitors of all brands produced by our company is covered by the nationwide joint warranty (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) and the three-guarantee service stipulated by the state.

3. 1.3. If the user cannot obtain valid product factory information, HKC authorized service providers will not provide free warranty services.

2. "Three Guarantees" service:

If the monitor product you purchased has performance failures listed in the "Microcomputer Product Performance Failure Table" stipulated by the state due to quality problems of the product itself, consumers can choose the following "Three Guarantees" services:

2.1. Within 7 days from the date of sale of the product (including the 7th day), consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair the product.

2.2. Consumers can choose to exchange or repair the product from the 8th to the 15th day (including the 15th day) from the date of sale.

2.3. Consumers may choose to repair the product within 3 years from the date of sale.

2.4. If the machine is damaged due to customer liability such as screen cracks, leakage, scratches, etc., it is not eligible for depreciation, return, or exchange, but it can be repaired for a fee.
