On November 10, Yichang HKC Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of HKC, was awarded the DCMM Standard Implementation Certification by the DCMM Data Management Capability Maturity Evaluation Service Platform. This certification represents China's first officially published national standard in the field of data management, aiding enterprises in continuously refining their data management organizations, procedures, and systems during their development, and facilitating their evolution towards informatization, digitization, and intelligence.
Prior to this, Yichang HKC and Yifeng Optoelectronics took the lead in holding the Initiation Conference for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization (hereinafter referred to as "II&I") and DCMM Governance. By advancing the II&I AAA standard implementation and DCMM data governance assessment projects, HKC successfully integrated internal factory systems such as Product Data Management (PDM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), achieving deep integration of digital systems, enhancing the factory's digital management capabilities, and laying the foundation for constructing digital workshops.
The DCMM Standard Implementation Certification process, which HKC has now obtained, covers eight capability domains: data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data standards, data security, data application, data quality, and data lifecycle. The entire certification process includes six stages: standard implementation training, investigation and diagnosis, capability building, gap assessment, result confirmation, and result review. Its complexity and professionalism ensure the authority and professionalism of the DCMM standard implementation. As a result, only 276 enterprises nationwide received the DCMM Level 2 certificate in 2024. This certification not only comprehensively evaluates an enterprise's data management capabilities but also fully reflects its data management level.
As one of the leaders in semiconductor display, HKC actively transitions towards advanced semiconductor intelligent manufacturing. By promoting automation of production line equipment and streamlining software system processes, HKC facilitates deep integration of informatization and industrialization, earning national, provincial, and municipal honors such as "5G+ Industrial Internet" demonstration factories and pilot demonstration enterprises in the industrial internet. It has also established multiple smart factories and digital workshops.
