Recently, the Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau officially announced the list of proposed post-doctoral innovation practice bases and sub-stations of Shenzhen enterprise post-doctoral workstations. Among them, HKC was successfully included in the public announcement list of the "Shenzhen Post-Doctoral Innovation Practice Base," laying the foundation for HKC to further promote technological innovation within the enterprise in the future.
HKC has always regarded talent reserve as a long-term strategy for enterprise development and is committed to building a high-quality and high-level R&D team. The successful approval to establish a post-doctoral innovation practice base will, on the one hand, provide strong policy support and research funding guarantees for HKC in attracting high-level talents such as post-doctorates, and create a more complete scientific research platform. On the other hand, it will further promote cooperation in industry-academia-research for HKC, accelerate the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements into productivity, and effectively drive HKC to continuously make new breakthroughs in technological innovation, product development, and other aspects.
Currently, HKC has already embarked on comprehensive cooperation with Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School on the compensation circuit of current-driven light-emitting displays, covering the entire process from the construction, design, to verification of pixel circuits and drive circuit architectures. Additionally, it has deeply explored and excavated the practical applications of new devices in circuits. Based on these cooperation goals, both parties have completed multiple design-verification iteration cycles and achieved excellent research results. In the future, HKC will continue to deepen its cooperation with Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School and promote the joint development of more projects.
Furthermore, HKC actively cooperates with various universities and establishes a special "university-enterprise cooperation" mechanism centered around the integrated development of industry-academia-research. Through project cooperation, resource sharing, and other methods, it continuously enhances HKC's core competitiveness and technological innovation capabilities.
"Observe widely but select sparingly; accumulate thickly but release thinly." Taking this approval of the post-doctoral innovation practice base as an opportunity, HKC will further deepen industry-academia-research cooperation, intensify the recruitment of high-level talents, and inject new vitality and momentum into the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
