Future technology, within reach - the HKC R&D Technology Achievement Exhibition is coming with a bang!

After a year, following the successful holding of the Oxide Special Achievement Exhibition, Mianyang HKC, a subsidiary of HKC, once again led the trend of technology and held a "R&D Technology Achievement Demo Exhibition" within the company recently.It comprehensively demonstrated the various forms of mobile phone displays, in-vehicle intelligent display solutions, innovative applications of MNT, and the ultimate performance of laptop displays.This is not only a concentrated display of the latest scientific and technological achievements of Mianyang Huike, but also a profound exploration and forward-looking layout for the future development path of the industry.

 

Mobile phone series - smart trend, accessible

In this exhibition, a variety of mobile phone screens with multiple forms and applications are displayed, including the 6.517" Incell full screen (the world's first G8.6 generation line in cell full screen), the 6.56" waterdrop full screen, the 6.56" blind hole full screen, the 6.67" blind hole high-transparency full screen, and the 6.745" high-transparency full screen. The ultra-narrow frame plays a role in the world without "edge", achieving a large screen ratio. The color gamut covers NTSC 70% to NTSC 83%, and the maximum support is 120Hz refresh rate, which makes the display image clearer and smoother.


Vehicle series - control the visual feast

In the field of vehicle-mounted devices, the on-board screen is no longer just a carrier of information, but also an interactive window between the driver and the intelligent cockpit.

15.6" in-vehicle Incell (△E<1.5) and 12.3" in-vehicle dual screen (△E<2) both adopt advanced display technology and strict color management process, which can control the △E value below 2, presenting a more realistic and vivid picture.

The 12.3" car MiniLED display has a million-level ultra-high contrast ratio (1000000:1) and provides a variety of zoning options, ranging from low zoning (192, 384) to high zoning (2400, 3456), bringing users more personalized choices.

12.3" on-board central control adopts advanced Cu process technology, which improves performance parameters such as surface temperature rise and response time, reaching the industry-leading level. Huike's on-board display aims to provide high-quality, high-performance on-board display solutions for the automotive market, creating a driving intelligent cockpit with high color accuracy, high color gamut, and high contrast for users, and creating a new driving experience.

 

Display series - leading the new era of vision

In the field of display, HKC adheres to the relentless pursuit of the ultimate visual experience, carefully creating each product to provide users with a more colorful, clear and smooth vision.

The 34" R1900 MNT uses the design and process technology of COT+POT for the first time, combined with HIS edge field, curved surface and other advanced technologies, to comprehensively improve the light leakage and color mixing problems of IPS curved screen, making the brightness of the display more uniform. The 21:9 aspect ratio design has four times the high-definition resolution, and the picture effect is more delicate and realistic.

The 31.5" a-Si HIS UHD4K MNT is the first 31.5-inch UHD high-resolution high-contrast a-Si product developed and mass-produced by Huike on IPS panels, with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. This product uses the new PFA architecture for the first time, and after multiple tests and optimizations, it has selected the more cost-effective 6mask technology process, which improves the competitiveness of the product and increases Huike's layout in high-end product applications.

29" WFHD MNT ultra-widescreen, aspect ratio 21:9, using the mainstream resolution of 2560x1080, wider than traditional 16:9 screens. HKC developed the first IPS ultra-widescreen and mass-produced it, enriching the variety of MNT products.The use of low-cost 4mask gives the product a cost advantage.At the same time, the refresh rate is 120Hz, and the 99% sRGB color gamut is provided, making the image quality level reach the advanced level of similar products in the industry.The ultra-wide screen provides a broader field of view and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios, providing a better experience in multitasking, watching movies, gaming, and more.

 

Notebook series - explore infinite possibilities

In the field of laptop display, HKC continues to delve into innovation in health, intelligent interaction and other applications.

The 14" Sunglass free laptop display adopts innovative polarizer technology, which can convert the original linear polarization emitted by the LCD screen into circular polarization, thus achieving the effect of clear viewing even with sunglasses on, known as the 'Sunglass Free' function. This performance can bring users a more natural and eye-friendly experience in outdoor applications.

The 14" ACR laptop display has made technological innovations in ambient contrast ratio (ACR), which can increase the ambient contrast ratio from the original 100 to over 290, greatly improving the user's visibility in various ambient light conditions. In addition, this technology also optimizes the oblique contrast ratio, from 80 to over 330, effectively reducing light leakage during viewing at large angles and reducing color deviation, providing users with a broader and higher-quality visual experience.

The 14" TED laptop display adopts green TED high-penetration technology, with a 35% increase in aperture ratio compared to ordinary DRD technology, achieving a penetration rate of up to 9.05%, reaching the industry's first level. It also adopts dual copper technology, achieving low signal latency while maintaining ultra-high penetration rate, and reducing power consumption by more than 20% year-on-year, effectively reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, making it more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

The 16" FHD+ high-refresh rate a-Si laptop display has a refresh rate of up to 240Hz. By improving the key design and process optimization of the panel, it overcomes the weakness of amorphous silicon semiconductors in electron mobility, and increases the display refresh rate to 240Hz. With low cost, it successfully achieves the display effects of Oxide and LTPS, enhancing the competitiveness of HKC products in the market.

The 11.6" tTED laptop display adopts In-cell technology, which embeds touch sensor functions inside the display screen to reduce the physical distance between the touch layer and the display screen, improving the sensitivity and accuracy of touch control. It also successfully simplifies the screen structure and achieves a thinner and lighter display effect. In addition, the design highly integrates Touch, T-con and Driver IC into a single chip, greatly optimizing the layout space of PCBA, making the whole machine have a larger screen ratio and a thinner body.At the same time, the product has also won the TUV-2 low blue light certification, bringing users a more comfortable and healthy visual experience and enhancing the user experience.

The 11.6" Oncell Sensor film laptop display is the first TN-type Oncell touch laptop built by Huike using a-Si technology. The Oncell Sensor film technology used allows the touch sensing layer to be directly "embedded" into the LCD screen, integrating the touch function onto the surface of the LCD panel without using traditional CG touchpads, simplifying the construction of traditional touch screens and making the screen thinner and lighter. Compared to traditional touch screens, it has one less layer of complex components (Back Side ITO). This technology not only simplifies the production process, but also reduces costs, allowing consumers to enjoy the same smooth touch experience at a more affordable price.
